A: No, certainly an architect isn't needed for smaller projects. However, ABC Building Company works with several area architects and would be happy to make a recommendation, if you'd like.

Q: Is there an "average cost per square foot" to build or remodel?
A: No, and if anyone can provide one, it is purely a guess. There are simply too many cost variables to accurately estimate an average cost per square foot.
Q: Is ABC Building Company licensed and insured?
A: Yes.
Q: As the Builder/Owner, are you ever on the job site if I have questions?
A: Absolutely! Nicolas Antinossi is a hands-on builder - on the job site - and always readily available by cell phone (day, night or weekend).
Q: What's your standard work process?
A: Typically, we would have an initial meeting and walk-through with you to discuss the scope of work and your budget considerations. ABC would develop a comprehensive quote and project specifications to meet your needs. If there is agreement to move forward, a contract is written and work begins. Near completion, a walk-through is arranged with the customer and a final "punch list" (remaining tasks) is developed and scheduled for completion.
